Closing Open Databases

If during the reindexing process you receive a message that NetYield is Trying to Open RRR(database) use the below document to close any open files.

Note: You will need to choose the document that corrosponds with the version of Windows Server and perform the steps directly on the server. If you are unsure which version you are running please contact your IT department for assistence.

Important: If you or your IT department have closed all the open files or terminal sessions and are still unable to Reindex contact NetYield Support
